Being seen as 'leader' is culture dependent, or cultural relativist. Also it is time dependent.
Someone like Braveheart was in own scottisch surroundings seen as heroic and honest leader, but by the english seen as treacherous terrorist. After paradigm shift you might change from a hunted 'terrorist' (in some paradigm) into a beloved leader (Nelson Mandela).
Or become a young leader, and remain slavehunter with greatness complex (Alexander the Terrible). Or as jeaulous thinker have Zoroastrian scholars + their world annihilated (Aristotle the mental wizard of Alexander).

freedom-fight Leadership might be warriorship in defending values. The best example at present is the warriorship on the road to freedom of Osama bin Laden, being considered a murderer in the Western World, and being felt as The Terminator by 90% of the Muslims.
'Rational' Compromising is shown by the 21st century government of South-Africa. By 'rationally' tolerating the fascist Mugabe in Zimbabwe, like decades earlier the 'rational' English goverment tolerated Hitler (who 'rationally' started preparations to extinguish all Jews)

Characteristic for Leap leaders is an extremely rocksteady common sense 'intuition'. Leaders realize that making compromises, like common in political leadership, is endlessly postponing decisions. Opening unknown roads to freedom might take collective killing to close the dominant highway. Being warrior-leader is a heavy responsibility. You should have enough willpower to proceed towards solutions while being seen as a devil. Warrior freedom fighters kill as a necessary breakthrough to 'living as ONE family'. Fighting Dominant Highways results in living as 'rational' terrorists' (example: ANC in South Africa, or more recent: Greenpeace).

Dominant spokesmen of 'rationality' under attack (like in the 21st century the US president), will use their 'media' to 'rationally' describe freedom fighters EVERY DAY (and worldwide) as a ruthless murderers (war on terrorism). (before Nelson Mandela was described in common sense as "one of the great leaders of our time", he was 'rationally' considered a dangerous leader of armed attackers of Law and Order (terrorists)).













Leaders need Love and Families need Leaders to Leap

taking a leap prophetical leadership Leap-leadership is not individual arrogance and egoism and trying to manipulate 'the votes', but a RESPONSIBILITY that is GIVEN to you by a collective, out of respect.
Leap-Leadership is simply making DECISIONS aimed at 'leaping', instead of compromising. If you consider using whatever destructive force then leadership is the brave and wise decision: No use killing in case of FEAR or IGNORANCE, Buddhist ways, Polynesian ways, Aboriginal ways, Kelt ways, African ways, Red Indian ways, Eskimo ways etcetera ... are AT LEAST as valueable as temporary Capitalist traditions.


Roman power-leaders used the notion 'sacred' for themselves, 'concubines' for fe-males and 'bastards' for slaves. Army 'leaders' defending Power Status Quo and that way preventing use of the HUGE knowledge archives of these cultures might be seen as 'bastards' and Osama bin Laden as 'sacred'.


The skills of Polynesians and Eskimo's are much more useful in understanding the 'language' of the ocean, than stealthily without communication gliding around in nuclear submarines.















Leadership and WEgoism


herd and leader Human are very complex AND very simple animals.
Every human-animal is by evolution equipped with DNA.
And every culture with ever growing local common sense.
Thoroughly tested DNA and flexible common sense aim at WEgoism.
That means strengthening local culture (WE) at minimum personal cost (egoism).
Sometimes temporararily by chance egoism gets dominant (fascist behavior).

Fascist behavior ALWAYS is 'corrected' by evolution.

Leaders need an effective 'intuition', and to make 'intuition effective 'ratio' is a fine tool. But not more than that.
The present hierarchy of Western Society will after Paradigm Shift gradually change completely.

Its not much use being indecisive professor outside 'education'.
It's not much use being 'rational' politician', if you can't handle most emotions.
It's not much use being 'admiral' when there are no wars.
It's not much use being director of a multinational if your salary reflects that you don't eat more than others.
It's not much use doing investment banking if making profit on interest is not accepted.

BUT ... Essential characteristics of general leadership:
- wisdom (being familiar with many traditions) ; - curiosity (in applying new logic to experience)
- respect evoking (without using 'power') ; - charismatic (having lots of humor)
- goal-seeking (a frontrunner, an always 'moving' social Leader) ; - positive (trying to 'feel' the motives (emotions) behind any behavior, in a 'stubborn' way)

Leaders are not found through democracy., but they ARE selected by the collective
To 'get the mood' of the fixation with 'superiority' in US, UK and Western Europe it helps to recognize that 'research' (Untersuchung) is already since the Enlightenment 'drug of mind dealer' Immanuel Kant a TOTALLY addictive way to mistake getting 'high' (virtual reality) with reality (behavior aimed at surviving).
The fundamental protestant (pietist) Immanuel Kant (Pietist) not only fantasized, but behaved like leader of a sect. As influential professor Kant dealed 'mind' drugs (ideas) to hundreds of students, and as author thousands of readers. Kant introduced 'freedom of speech' (a kind of of freedom of drug dealing)
'Ideas' are invisible custom made drugs that in the shape of rules/laws/bibles are more addictive than heroin. Protestant often see Kant as near 'god'.

Very very seldom a prophet is also a leader: Buddha, Jesus. Immanuel Kant was prophet nor leader, but a dangerous fantast. Much later Thomas Kuhn surely is prophet but also surely no leader. Next in line of the trio Zarathustra, Buddha and Jesus could have been Friedrich Nietzsche, but he was not accepted as leader.
Zarathustra, Buddha and Jesus fought against the dualism (WE the good and THEY the barbarians) behind slavery, cast-system, wars....genocide. Persia's role (Zoroastrianism) was diminished by Alexander the Great and Mohammed. Buddhism in Tibet is nearly destroyed by Han China. Christianity was transformed by Catholicism.
In the 21st century Zarah2nd has the qualities of a prophet leader. Zarah2nd still fights dualism, only an in the meantime extremely subtile dualism. Zarah2nd revives common sense in the paradigm of the 21st century.
Instead of using Roman 'Highways' to reach different cultures, this time using even very much faster Internet 'Highways'.
As usual Zarah2nd is way too creative to be accepted as thinker in scientific circles. Even completely ignored.
