First The Dark Middle Ages, then Enlightenment, followed by 250 years of Kantian religion. A religion with as ceremonial logic rationalism. The religion initiated by Kant created the ideal circumstances for developing of Industrialism and Capitalism. Two brutal World Wars were not enough to shake Western People back into the common sense thinking of Unity of Body and Mind. It was the destructive industrialist/capitalist behavior of US government that worldwide made people wonder (no offense).
